Birds & Bingo is back for its third season at Nature Festival, with even more birds, and more bingo!
The premise is relatively straightforward: enjoy a fun and educational afternoon of bird-themed bingo, hosted by bingo-master and bird-enthusiast, Sputnik, interspersed with conversations with a couple of bird-nerd ecologists to learn more about our native bird species, and the research and conservation work involved in supporting them.
This year's event also happens to fall on one of the two annual World Migratory Bird Days, so you can expect more mentions of not only migrating birds, but how the impacts of a changing climate are also impacting the movement of birds.
It's a fun, casual afternoon, with a bit of nature science thrown in, suitable for families, the general punter, as well as other bird-lovers and bird-nerds.
Last year's event sold out! So get your tickets quick to join us. Eyes down!
