We are pleased to share our summer edition of Nature Matters with you.
It’s a bumper issue, with updates from across our reserves, the team, recent events and more.
We are also seeking support for our Forever Nature Fund: Mongolurring Conservation Management Appeal. This generously donated reserve is home to several threatened species and requires action to conserve and restore their habitats and those of other native species.
Late winter and spring have seen many surveys occurring across the reserves, and we share findings from these, including exciting fauna finds at Bullock Bridge, Regent Parrot updates at Murbpook and native fish numbers at Watchalunga. Our camera traps also detected a threatened native species at the Gidgealpa SEB Offset that we manage.
We have recently welcomed two new faces to the team, and you can meet and learn a bit about them. There has also been a wealth of events these past months, and we share summaries of them.
There’s a lot inside, and we hope you enjoy reading through our recent activities.
